sales


每个销售员都有自已的一套销售心法(销售流程),
至于销售技巧(或者说是话术),
那真的就是百百款,不同产业有不同的话作者:
之后的文章,我会分享我的“听过”的。(我目前也还在学习中)
但只学技巧不学心法,你只能应付单一案例,无法全盘贯通。

我先就说说我的心法分享给大家,
之后会搭配话术+实战情形告诉大家我怎么讲。
(PS心法没有对错,只有适不适用)

我通常拜访客户的销售流程

1进入对方的世界,塑造销售x1达成:(对方的愿景),了解对方的需求。
2破冰,争取机会说明来意。
3透过发问,让对方了解真正的愿景(需求)是什么。
4谈判细节的攻防。(EX反对问题的处理和寻找真正决策者。)
5收集客户相关资讯。(EX打嘴泡话家常,了解客户主力产品。)
