某公司离谱之处


这篇就来抱怨一下它离谱之处。

关键在于福利和制度。

签约金制度,
也就是说它给你的薪水有一部份是绑约,
你必须工作满几年,才是你的。
违约的话要归还。
举我为例:
薪水32000,其中4000就是签约金。
也就是说我只有28000才是前三年领的到的。

2谈的薪水和实领薪水有落差,
谈好的薪水其中包含许多名目。
例如
一个全勤奖金(内含)
B̶劳健保费(公司只帮你付一部份)
C福委会(一定要参加)
ð签约金预扣款
像我这样东扣西扣,实领不到3万

3会有调职或调工作地之情形。
像我们这一期新进业务,就有人被调品保,制造,人资。
如果不接受的话,就只有离职一条路。

4工时与责任制
业务工时之长超乎我的想像(后来我才听说的)。
平均晚上9,10点下班。
这样就算了,而且还没有加班费。反而作者:助有加班费。
也就所谓的上班打卡制,下班责任制。
你可以想想你领两万多,然后每天工作10几个小时。
脑袋有洞才会去做。
:PS我唯一庆幸一点,我被调去生产单位,至少有加班费可以领。

5报告
一大堆有的没有的报告,
要写日报表报告自己今天作了什么事,
要写周报表报告自己这周作了什么事,
如此依循回下去。
而且还要写一些什么敬呈,执之类文言文书信用语。

6主管
小白主管和丁丁副主管掌权中。XDDDDD
一直认为新人流动率高,不是福利的问题,而是态度的问题。
